The home care team with the co- sponsors : GCCI ( Global Cancer Concern India ) The home care is a joint collaboration of TMH & GCCI with the vehicle being donated by V Care. 5. Attempting and locating a patient on home visit. 6. At the patient's House -- details: Patient Smt. Parvati Ramaswami, Age 60 yrs. Female At Govandi. Housewife with cancer of the cervix. Her financial condition not very good. Through the efforts of the medical social worker managed to give her symptomatic medicines free of cost. She lives with her daughter who is widowed & her small grand child. Chief complaints : Pain in abdomen, Vomiting & Constipation, currently she is having good relief from her symptoms, she does her daily activities, with good medical compliance & regular follow- up. The Visit of the home care team encourages & gives her hope to live well for the possible span of life. 7. Smt. Phulobegum Khatoon : Age 35 Ca Cervix having young children, the husband has left his job & looking after wife & house, & kids. Economic Conditions, poor. 8. Empowering the caregiver with dressings & nursing care. 9. A still of 'mother & child' Dinesh Satpute a paed. Case of PNET with mother. 10. Smt. Shantabai Shewae Age 61 Ca Cervix : at Ramabai Colony, Ghatkopar. Patient lives with her son, having good symptom control. She is having a normal pattern of life, inspite of her stoma bag. She does all procedures by herself, well aware of her prognosis.
