    At our location we require TB once a year at the volunteer's expense but we also give them directions to the closest clinic that provides free screenings.

      Is your organization "for profit" or "not-for-profit"?

    It is my understanding that TB testing is not an actual 'requirement'.  Typically, if your organization requires

    it of full-time employees, then they will also require it from volunteers.  It is up to your Human Resource

    department.  At our facility the policy is for all of our staff to have it every year.  Therefore, I must make

    sure I get it on all of my volunteers annually.

    All volunteers to receive an initial 2-step TB test and either require an annual TB test or a symptom questionnaire. We pay.

    Our hospice requires it annually, for both volunteers and paid staff, and we pay for it.

    Hi Patty - our company requires all direct volunteers to receive an initial 2-step TB test that we pay for.  Depending on the state regulations we either require an annual TB test or a symptom questionnaire.
