    The hospice where I volunteer requires annual TB tests for all volunteers who interact with patients.  The agency pays for the tests.

    Our hospice association requires annual TB tests, and we pick up the costs.

    We are part of a hospital and annual tb tests are required of all staff and volunteers who see patients. The hospital picks up the cost.

    After the initial administration of a PPD, 7 to 10 days later they get a second ppd (to ensure that the result is not a false positive).  Then (1) ppd is administered annually. Our company covers the expense for these tests.  Hope this helps ~

    Sorry for a late reply.  With some groups -- TB's every six months and others every year.

    On initial health assessment, we require a 2-step PPD and then 1 step yearly. If someone has proof that they have had the 2-step within the last year, we will accept that. Hope this helps.

    We are required to do a two-step (within 2 weeks of each other) initially and one step annually.  We pay for them.  We are also required to do a background check and drug screen which we also pay for.

    We require yearly TB testing for volunteers and we pay for it.

    Our not for profit hospice agency requires a 2-step initial TB and annually thereafter for all volunteers
