    While these are not specific training modules, they may provide useful info for improving your program:

    • When Professionals Weep by Renee Katz & Therese Johnson -- this is an excellent book for professionals and volunteers working in EOL care.
    • Emotional Intelligence - Daniel Goleman -- this is an excellent topic related to communicating with the dying and considerations for boundaries.
