Hello and happy Friday to everyone :) I am looking for tips and advice on the orientation of new Hospice Volunteers. I am a new coordinator and only want to ensure that our volunteers are trained in all required areas. I did log onto NHPCO and found the coure training outline, does anyone use this?

Greg, I am currently using NHPCO's Hospice Volunteer Program Resource Manual. I have finished our new orientation and am currently working on job descriptions. Any advice for creating volunteer job descriptions?
